Patient A
This patient had orthodontia 20 years ago. Lack of use of a retainer caused the teeth to shift and changed her bite. She wanted to have a straight smile once again.

Over time, teeth can naturally shift. In the left photo, you can see how the lower teeth are not straight. This type of shifting can cause an uncomfortable bite. In the "after" photo, the teeth are straight after treatment.

This patient suffered from an open bite, a situation in which there is space between the upper and lower front teeth (even when the jaws are fully closed.) Additionally, this type of occlusion was also jeopardizing the health of the back teeth. In the "before" photo you can observe the open bite and in the "after" photo you can see the bite closed and in proper function.

Patient D
Patient D was experiencing shifting of her front teeth and was consistently clenching and grinding her teeth to the point where she was chipping off her enamel. She also experienced uncomfortable TMJ pain and a feeling of excessive pressure on her front teeth. Once the misalignment was repaired with Invisalign®, she chose to also have cosmetic bonding.

This patient had always wanted to straighten her teeth but did not want to wear conventional metal braces. Once she was diagnosed as a case for Invisalign®, she immediately pursued treatment and achieved the smile she always wanted.
