It was wonderful to reopen this past Spring. We remain pleased to be back serving our patients and community. Things are running smoothly here at Schaible & O'Grodnick. We have strong confidence in all our new implementations to keep everyone safe and healthy. If we haven't seen you just yet, we wanted to share with you the precautions in place here at our practice:
Social distancing:
To provide social distancing, we are keeping our reception area waiting time to a minimum. If you prefer to call the office from the parking lot, we can let you know if we are ready for you.
Proactive Dental/Office Precautions:
in addition to our regular high standards for patient safety, you will notice some extra precautions:
All patients and visitors will wear a mask, sanitize their hands, fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire, and have their temperature taken before entering the treatment areas. Patients will also rinse with Peroxyl, (a mint-flavored hydrogen peroxide rinse), to reduce the amount of bacteria in their mouth.
Our staff is now wearing extra face coverings such as a KN-95 face mask or a level 3 face mask and head coverings. Depending on the care need at your appointment, face shields are worn as well.
We have added a new air filtration system, and have a new suctioning system to lower the amount of aerosols being emitted.
Common areas are wiped down frequently throughout the day.
As always, we follow CDC and ADA best practices and guidelines.
