See You Soon!

We are Re-opening!!! See You Soon!

We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. We have been looking forward to writing you this letter to let you know that our office will be opening on May 26th, 2020 and our entire team is eager to get back to doing what we love most: treating our patients.

Our community has been through a challenging time. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same- our commitment to your oral health. At Schaible and O’Grodnick, our goal has always been to provide the highest quality dental care in a safe environment for both our patients and our team. During this time of our office closure, we worked hard to participate in educational webinars, collaborate with colleagues, and upgrade our office protocols.

Infection control has always been a top priority. Prior to the coronavirus pandemic, we already had established rigorous infection control processes for the safety and comfort of our patients and for our team. We have added some safety control measures on top of our normal procedures in compliance with the recommendations made by the American Dental Association, The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Our team will be wearing the necessary protective attire. We will be cleaning our treatment rooms after every procedure with high level disinfectants effective against COVID-19. We are also continuously disinfecting outside of our patient treatment rooms as well.

We have been working hard at getting our office ready for our patients and we would like to share with you what you can expect as you return to visit us.

  • We will minimize reception area wait time by scheduling effectively in order to maintain social distancing guidelines.

  • Toys and magazines have been removed from the waiting room.

  • A wellness screening will be performed that will consist of answering a few health-related questions, an updated informed consent, as well as taking your temperature.

  • We have hand sanitizer that we will ask patients to use upon entry to a patient treatment room, as well as an antimicrobial pre-rinse prior to treatment.

  • We ask that only the patient who is appointed come in for their appointment. However, if the patient is a minor, a parent is welcome to escort their child.

  • If you are experiencing or have been exposed to anyone experiencing a fever, cough, cold, flu-like aches, stomach upset, or fatigue in the last 14 days- please call and reschedule your appointment.

***If you have an already scheduled appointment coming up, that was made prior to the coronavirus pandemic, please call to confirm it. We are currently in the process of rescheduling patients and re-building our appointment schedule. If you had an appointment with us during the “shelter in place” order, we will be contacting you to reschedule your appointment shortly. We thank you for your patience during this process. Once your appointment has been made, please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to update paperwork.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at any time at 908-236-9650.

Thank you for being part of our dental family. We value your trust and are excited to once again be serving the community that we love.

Very Sincerely,

Dr. Schaible, Dr. O’Grodnick, and our entire team
